HYDRA THERA GENERAL RECOMMENDATION

Based on general advise from health experts, the recommended intake of water for a healthy adult is 2-litres per day. A bottle of HYDRA THERA fulfils that recommendation. To obtain the maximum benefits, please follow the drinking recommendation below :

DAILY RECOMMENDATION
BEFORE MEALS
2 glasses of HYDRA THERA, half an hour before meals to prepare sufficient digestive fluids. The fluids is essential for condusive digestion and nutrient absorbtion.
 
BETWEEN MEALS
½ glass every hour to assure proper hydration.
 
BEFORE SLEEP
1 glass half an hour before bed to avoid excessive dehydration and blood coagulation, which may lead to stroke during sleep.
 
WAKING UP/AFTER SLEEP
2 glasses to replace fluid loss during sleep and to prepare digestive fluids before breakfast.
 
 
DRINKING RECOMMENDATION FOR PHYSICAL EXERCISE
BEFORE
2-glasses to provide sufficient fluid during sport.
 
DURING
1-2 glasses (depends on the intensity) every 20-minutes to avoid dehydration and to control body temperature.
 
AFTER
2 glasses to replace fluid loss during sports
 
SIGNS OF PROPER HYDRATION
One of the effective way to determine sufficent hydration is to take note of urine’s colour. Clear or slight yellowish urine indicates sufficient hydration, whilst darker coloured indicates otherwise.
