DR. dr. Tan Shot Yen, M. Hum. graduated from FK Universitas Tarumanagara medical school and completed her degrees in Profesi Kedokteran Negara FKUI in 1991. She continued her master’s degree in Sekolah Tinggi Filsafat Driyarkara, then attained the highest level of academic degree as Doktor Ahli Gizi Komunitas from FKUI in 2014.
Dr. Tan has published several best-selling books in the last 10 years, “Saya Pilih Sehat dan Sembuh”, “Nasehat untuk Sehat”, “Anak Sehat Indonesia”, and “Resep Panjang Umur, Sehat, dan Sembuh” to name a few.
She was nominated as “People of The Year” in 2015 by SindoTV, and awarded “Kartini Modern” by Media Indonesia in 2010. Dr. Tan actively contributes her knowledge through numerous print media, radio and tv talk shows and seminars, while providing consultation services to both private and government owned corporations, and ministerial departments.
